Managing Director/Founder
Babatunwa Aderinokun is the managing director and founder of Trino Motion Pictures. Having studied Business Management at the University of Surrey, he decided to follow his passion for the performing arts and established the studio in 2012.
With a Producing Foundation short course at the London Film Academy and an editing short course at MET Film School in London, he started off shooting short films including the 2016 AMVCA-winning short film, The Encounter, and in 2018 released his first feature film, Sylvia.
An avid movie fan, he would say City of God is one of his favourite movies. With great admiration for African movies such as Viva Riva and Nairobi Half-Life, he hopes to emulate such quality in the company’s productions.
Uche Okocha, an alumnus of the prestigious University of Lagos, is the co-founder of Trino Motion Pictures. He began his career as a trainee production executive at Trino Studios Limited in 2013 and quickly rose to head of development and acquisitions in 2016. With his Producing Foundation and scriptwriting certifications from the London Film Academy, including over 10 years of producing numerous short and feature films, Uche Okocha has become an expert in the film industry.
As Executive Director of Business Development, Uche Okocha expertly oversees the development and acquisition of screenplays, physical production, marketing, domestic distribution, and foreign sale deals.
Uche Okocha's passion for film is evident in his work, as he has produced the nominated feature films Three Thieves and The Razz Guy. He is a visionary producer who understands the importance of creative storytelling and is dedicated to bringing captivating films to audiences worldwide
Head of Post Production and Studio Facilities
As head of post-production at Trino Motion Pictures, Jude oversees the entire post production process, working with the best professionals to ensure delivery of our films at the highest international standards.
Over the years, he has functioned as an editor, technical director, and post-production supervisor in various top organizations where he acquired a wealth of experience in editing, production control room, live streaming and television broadcast programs.
He supervised the production of a weekly program on major national television stations for several years.
Notwithstanding his degree in Architectural Technology, his ever-growing passion for the film and broadcast industry will see him as a top media executive in the industry in the nearest future.
